Keynote Lectures

Keynote lectures will have a duration of 50 min (40 min presentation + 10 min discussion)

Invited Talks

Presentations will have a duration of 25 min (20 min presentation + 5 min discussion)

Selected Short Talks

Short talks will have a duration of 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion)

Flash Presentations

Flash presentations will be for 5 min each with discussions at the respective posters.

Posters

Poster boards can accomodate posters of the following dimensions: 100 cm width x 140 cm height. There will be 2 poster sessions and the participants will be divided into two groups each group presenting their posters in a dedicated session.

The Sphingolipid Club (SLC) sponsors four "The SLC Best Talks Awards" to PhD students or early-stage post-docs presenting a short talk at the FEBS Special Meeting in Sphingolipid Biology.


FEBS Letters Poster Prize

FEBS Letters sponsors "The FEBS Letters Poster Prize" to a PhD student or an early-stage post-doc presenting unpublished work that fits within the scope of the journal.


Journal of Cell Science Poster Prize

The Journal of Cell Science sponsors "The JCS Poster Prize" to a PhD student or an early-stage post-doc presenting a poster at the FEBS Special Meeting in Sphingolipid Biology.
